Baked Salmon With Spinach and Sweet peppers with a side of kiwi.
Quick Recipe
Salmon: Seasoned with Mrs. Dash; salt free- Olive Oil- Lemon- Place ingredients on Salmon wrap the salmon tightly in aluminum foil and then bake in the oven for approximately 30 min at 350 degrees
Fresh Spinach: Seasoned with Garlic & Herb mix – Olive oil
1 Fresh Kiwi
3 Small sweet Peppers

Today’s the day

Today is March 19, 2019 and today i’m starting my weight-loss journey. Well Kind of…. I have one kit-kat that i want to eat, so i’m going to eat the Kit kat. LOL. However, i’m going to start completely fresh tomorrow. For the rest of the day i’m going to be eating seared curry chicken breast with spinach and sweet peppers.

Enough with the rambling. I’m new to this weight-loss journey, and i don’t know where to even begin. So, i’m going to start with no more fast food, fried food for now. slowly I want to cut out red meats. besides eating my Kit-kats occasionally i don’t really like eat a lot of sweets so cutting those out will be easy for me.

To make myself accountable I decided to start this blog, this way I feel obligated to stay on track and I can also track my progress. Through this blog I will try to post everyday or every other day. I’m going to upload different recipes so you can try them out. I have faith in me that I can become healthy and change my toxic way of eating.
